What is the typical lead time for order processing?
Most of our body kits are made to order to ensure the highest quality. Standard processing takes 5-10 business days, while pre-painted items may require an additional 7 days for paint curing and inspection.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our premium body kits worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of the kit.
Are the body kits pre-painted or primed?
We offer both options. You can purchase kits in a raw primer finish ready for your local shop, or opt for our factory-matched paint service which uses high-quality automotive finishes.
What is your return policy for custom parts?
Unused and unpainted items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-painted orders are final sale unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Is professional installation required?
While many of our customers are DIY enthusiasts, we highly recommend professional installation by a certified body shop to ensure perfect fitment and safety.
What materials are used in your body kits?
We primarily use high-grade ABS plastic or hand-laid fiberglass depending on the specific model, ensuring a balance of durability, flexibility, and lightweight performance.
